Hi,

To change the door side, select and change the side in this menu

Fitside.pngImage Enlarger

and don’t forget to move the hinge in the fitting link

Hi Conor,

Attached are 2 examples of classic carcass cabinets

I used Double-back delimited by Nil-shelves

This solution allows you to manage empty space more easily

All the best, Alex

Hi Alex, thanks for your help.

I copied your cabinet and changed it to suit my setup.

Your door opens on the left so I deleted the door and replaced it on the right . When I did that it flipped to what I take to be the reverse face, so I undid the alterations and moved the hardware manually to the right but in 3D it still opens on the left. In this case its not a problem it looks ok in the cad but I’m curious is you original strictly a left hand cabinet. Again in DXF it seems to be fine but the panels for the sink unit look different in Optinest.

I have searched my videos and the website but I can’t figure out where double back is, could you point me in the right direction.

I’m going to upload the kitchen.

Thanks again, happy new year.

Conor

Hi Conor,

Can you post a sketch of what you want to achieve?

Best regards,

Hi all, we normally put a top strap in our kitchen base cabinets instead of a full top. So if a cabinet is 600mm wide we would have two straps 564mm by 150mm in the top area. However in our sink cabinets we rotate the top straps by 90° so the strap hides the bowl of the sink. How do I do that please?
