John,

See the following video:

[Permission to view this media is denied]

PolyBoard 8 is above the licence of PolyBoard 7.

You need a new licence, although this is not full price as you only need to upgrade your current licence.

I will ask the customer service team to email you with more information.

Regards, Isaac

With polyboard 8, is that just a software update or do we have to buy it all again?

John,

PolyBoard 7 will have this labelled as “Chamfer”

Good morning John,

I believe that your issue is regarding the bevel on the top of your cabinet.

In your PostProcessor, if you choose to ignore the bevel, this should resolve your problem. See the following image:

I have uploaded a file of a unit I have been working on recently. There is however an issue as when I put it through optinest the left hand gable seems to be ‘flipped’ I noticed this on another recent project and couldn’t work out how to solve so ended up doing the holes manually. Any help as to why its doing this and how to correct it would be great!

REF – Left side.

All other panels seem to be correct.

I feel its an issue with the 2 Face milling, however all the tooling are on the same face on both the panels I have had an issue with so far.

Many T hank John
