XCS export adding perimeter routing Maestro|Page 2|Forum|WOOD DESIGNER

Hello Patrick,
I am looking at this now. Please see the following questions:
– Is there a specific cabinet in this project that is having the problem with the perimeter routing?
– How big is the oversize on the components for the perimeter routing?
– What version of PolyBoard are you currently using?

Maestro has not changed for years, well certainly not the version we have and the perimeter routing is in the XCS output from Polyboard. I have attached the model and will send parameters by email as they are to big to upload.

Hello Patrick,
Can you please send me a copy of your project and your parameter file?
I will investigate this and see what I can find.
In the mean time, please confirm that this is not a parameter that has been changed within your CAM software.

Hi Gents
Just had a project which for some reason is adding perimeter routing to the into the XCS files which is something new and not required as it is done by the nesting. The panels in question have no other machining, panels with drillings or internal routing do not have the perimeter machining exported. Its following the profiling rule which I have attached.
