Hi Ken,

In general Premium Support comes with free processing of one Polyboard and StairDesigner project per month, but doesn’t include a formal revision of the project.

Michel does a great job helping with most questions this a just part of the free support that comes with membership but is not considered a formal revision which I’m sure you can understand, will take more time.

This said in most cases this can suffice but some details may still remain unnoticed so it’s for you to make sure everything is OK before ordering the processed files.

I’m glad you are happy with the files and have fun building your project.

All the best,

Ness

Hi Ness,

I will assume that all the work that Michel did would constitute a revision as I thought this was part of premium support which I assumed is what I paid for.

Anyway, be that as it may, the drawings look to be exactly what I was after so thank you for that. I was also impressed by the way they were sent in various formats making it possible for anywone to have a working drawing.

Many thanks

Ken Scott

Hi Ken,

Here are the manufacturing documents for your stair.

Please note that the free StairFile service doesn’t include a revision of your project so I have not verified them.

For a complete revision and personnalise coaching please use one of our support packs here:

https://wooddesigner.org/train…..g-service/

I hope you have fun building them.

All the best,

Ness

Hi,

Yesterday I had a very informative, idea swapping session with Michel which culminated in what I feel will be a suitable design for a set of steps I want to build. The thread is entitled “More steps than stairs” At the end he said I would need to post the design to Ness for conversion to drawings and cutting list.

So I have attached the final version and hope this is how I should be getting them to Ness

Thanks

Ken Scott
