There is no need to use AutoCAD, or even be proficient with any CAD software.
I have uploaded a video below, this is a free software that is very easy to use called AUTODESK DWG True View.
I have given you a tutorial below:

the DXF files cand only be used with autoCAD to take out the angles? or is there a way for me to do it without being CAD proficient?:)

Hi Bogdan,
When it comes to manually manufacturing the stair shape, I recommend either utilising the 2d DXF files, or considering manufacturing with 1:1 templates.
See the following image, here is an example of marking up the DXF files with dimensions:

hello again Isaac,
I started working on the stair but I seem to be stuck on understanding how to get to the final shape of the step,
Can you please have a look at the attached pic and tell me if it’s possible to know the value of any of those angles I marked? also maybe tell me where should that value of 55.5 degrees should be? As far as I can tell i need distance and angle to be able to determine the shape of the stair
