Hi Mark,

I explained to you in an email earlier today how to do it, so please read the email. The control value is a window value setting that will show the figures in red colour when the actual value exceeds below or above the window limits. It is not changing the going.

Changing the going is done via variation in the flight length or riser qty.

Morning

I have a staircase with a length of 2866mm 1000mm wide 3no winder at the bottom,a rise of 203.4mm and a going of 225.89mm but for some reason even changing the control values to a 222mm-240mm going the stair designer is only giving me a going of 220.95mm and i cannot change this for some reason how do i change this?
