Well, it was litle tricky to learn.

To put away the extra points between the red Points was to dubbelclick then it was only one distance between the red Points.

I am very satisfied.

Thank you very much.

Hi Hasse,

For info, there’s a vidéo on this post about this new feature:

https://wooddesigner.org/forum…..e-updates/

Here’s also a video in French that’s a bit more detailed:

best regards and wishing you both a great 2018.

Hi Hasse,

Yes this is possible in the new version of stairdesigner  7.05A

select view stringboards and doubble click on the stringboard. Now you can edit the shape of the stringboard.

I added a changed version of your stair

You can also remove the stringer and replace it with a newel post. In that case you have the sides of the newel post overpass the sides of the handrails which is the way to go. The slope in the newel you can cut manualy. Also stairversion attached

No you can not load a drawing into sd7.

For visual result change the shape of your stringer. I advise to use a newel post with manual cut out on the production side due to overpass on the handrail sides and connection features with other stringers

regards

Michel

Hello,

Is it possible to change stingbord nr 2 right in this Project like in this other images?

In this two images goes the stringbord up and connects with handrails.

In Project stringbord are going down to the ground, it is not intended.
