DXF details missing|Forum|WOOD DESIGNER

Hi,
I think the files you’re looking to get for programming are the CNC DXF files available on SD/PB PRO Post-Pro.
The PRO PP version gives you even more options, especially for CNC programming.
in this version, all DXFs are already flattened for machining, you already have little version of DXF export from your PRO version but DXF options are limited
All the best, Alex

Hi Torkild,
I have been looking into this and running some tests myself.
With StairDesigner, parts are drawn separately when you export into a 3D dxf file. The mortise and tenon are linked together in this drawing and not linked to the stringer.
At this time, you are not able to link the stringer and mortise in a 3D dxf file.

Hi Torkild,
It looks like the stair file you uploaded is different from the 3d DXF file you have uploaded.
Even though they are different stair cases, I can see that you have only applied the recess on the first step in the first model. See attached:
Could this be why you are missing the information?
I have edited your stair model and completed a test. It seems to be fine, see attached and let me know if you are still having problems.

Isaac

Torkild,
Do you have a StairDesigner file that you can send me as well?
