Hi Jesper,

I checked the files I send and there it is 2640mm. I have no idea where you get these values from

Hi Jesper,

You have used a landingstep of 100 mm. In the stringboard parameters you have to fill in the field " length beyond the last step" with 100mm. This will extend the stringboards to the back of the landing step. I advise you also to use around 20mm " beyond the first step to overlap the nose of the first step

Hi Jesper, that worked fine. Here are your files. Please note, this is a file processing service only, we haven't reviewed your project.

I hope the stringer build goes well. Thanks for using our StairFile service.

Hi Jesper, thanks for posting. I saw you sent some emails asking how your new Premium Support subscription works, and regarding activating the software.

Just to confirm, you would only activate the software if you bought the software licence. If you did, we would give you an activation code so the software can generate the cut list, plans and DXF files. That's the only difference between the free and paid/activated version of StairDesigner.

What you need to do is carry on using the free version of StairDesigner you already have. This comes with ALL design features. When your design is ready, upload it to the forum here and at that point ask us to generate the cut list, plans and DXF files. This processing service, plus expert help, is what you've paid for by becoming a Premium Support subscriber.

If you still have questions before you want the files - remember, you can only request 1 set of files for 1 project each month - ask those question on the forum before we send you the files.

I would suggest you upload your design now anyway. If you have any specific queries, please ask us.

If you want the files straight away, please confirm that, and we'll send them to you on the forum.

All the best, Stefan
