you change this in the export options.
There you can define the name of your layers with eventual extra information on for example sizes, thicknesses and depths.
If any further query on this please brings this up in the coming training on 21-01

When i import dxf file from stairdesigner into vcarve, they appear with strange name in vcarve.
as well as all layers appears with strange names,
for example, i imported (stringboardleft1) and it shows me contour_1 in vcarve and all layers name strange like marche-z2, etc.
could you please advice how to correct this,
also when i import parts from stirdesigner into optinest, there are some other components appear in optinest which i dont recognise,
