Hi Rokas, the full set of files is exactly what you’ve received when we’ve processed your design in the past.

Regarding what the customer gets, the fully activated version of StairDesigner will allow you to create a PDF of the 3D, but we find it works much better, and looks much better, to take a screen capture. You can do this with the free version as well of course.

Try something like Jing which is free or Windows own Snipping Tool which comes with Windows and is free too. All the images on the StairDesigner models page were taken using either of those tools. Thanks…
