Hi Ness,

Following on from our initial training session with you. We’ve made a few staircases since then and they have gone ok using the software.

However we now have a staircase that requires a single step in the landing. In our training session with you , you showed us how we could achieve the step in the landing in v6.5 as it was one of our queries, we have attempted to repeat that but are a bit stuck with the method.

Would we please be able to setup a team-viewer session – or could you give us a video capture of the steps we require for us to reference in the future.

See drawing below – the 9^th step splits the landing. We also overlap our stringers on top of each other into the newel post as per our construction method.

We need to draft up this job in the next few days so if you could advise asap how we can get this setup , as we are a bit stranded on this currently.
