OfflineHello,
For machining layers, I always recommend using the 2D_DXF export, as it preserves the necessary layer information.
The 3D export options do not include machining layers. However, you may still be able to work with the shapes in other 3D software if you have the tools and expertise to adapt them. I don’t have a specific software recommendation, but this could be an option if your workflow supports machining from 3D shapes.
Important note: If you export to 3D_DXF or 3DS, you’ll need to reintroduce the machining details in another software before the design can be used for correct machining operations.

OfflineHello Per,
You can choose what items are exported in your PostProcessor setup settings. I have showcased an example with the DXF, and the same can be done in each type of PostProcessor export. Note, in any other PostProcessor parts are excluded in each individual layer.
