Hi Ness,

Thanks a lot. Can you also please send the .dxf file.

I know somebody who could produce me all the dimensions in Autocad.

Regards,

Willi

Hi Ness,

Yes this is exactly what I wanted to see.

Sorry I am not a mechanical designer and therefore the stuff

is sometimes a bit irritating.

Can you send me the .dxf and the stair file. The piller should be going 2 meters below

the landing step.

Regards,

Willi

Hi Willi,

Your drawing is still ambiguous as to it seems the dimensions are to the outer strings.

Here is a schema with dims is this what you mean?

Hi Willi,

As agreed here is model with the landing at 2150 from step nosing to the outer face of the 90x90 posts.

I've also changed the first flight width so that you have 1000 to the outer face of left posts.

Please check the dxf file in Draftsight and add any dimensions that need changing.

All the best,

Ness

Hi Ness,

It's looking already good, but I think something is wrong with the dimension.

The balcony should be 2150mm long and 1500mm wide.

May be we could have a quick call tomorrow in order to finalize the dimensions.

Regards,

Willi

Hi Willi,

I'm not sure what you mean by "first upper step" or fist over step on a couter bearing".

To make sure I understand your project, can you send me a drawing or dimensioned sketch of the stair and it's supports.

I'll also need to have the list of thicknesses and sections you'll be using for the different parts.

For me to look in detail at your project and send you the files you'll also need to buy our StairFile service from this page:

https://wooddesigner.org/stair.....e-service/

All the best,

Ness

Hi Ness,

As we just discussed here is the example I did generate with the stair designer.

What I would need is the production data, means all measurements. I don't need any schablones etc.

Also there will be some add on I would like to discuss with you.

The first upper step should be 2150mm and should also 500mm wider than the stairs which are 1000mm.

The whole construction should be on top of the 4 pillers and on the fist over step on a counter bearing.

Everything should be out of steel.

Regards,

Willi
