Hi Vahid,
If you buy the training packages all aspects of stairdesigner will be included. Upon buying the program yo have a 1-hour setup session also where you can ask some questions but the time is restricted to 1 hour only. You can apply for a demo presentation also which is free.

step number 1 and 2 also can be D shaped on left hand side ?
I suppose all these will be trained by you or any of your colleague upon buying the full version with training package?

Hi Vahid,
It is possible with stairdesigner to make a winder box but not by entering values on the winder separately. The going is always calculated by stairdesigner. you cannot enter that manually.

I am using the free version of stair designer at the moment to get familiar with the software as I am planning to upgrade the factory to cnc machine .
by the way we are a joinery factory which manufacturing staircase.
I was wondering if there is an option either in free version or paid version that I can put the winder box size in my requirement instead of the software calculate it by itself, the same question about the width of the going, if we can do it manually.
