Hi Simon,

Sorry for the late reply, in general we try to get back quicker, but Michel has had an unexpected problem this week and hasn’t been able to process your project nor get in touch with us.

To help out I’ve processed your project myself, so please find attached the PDF workshop documents and the DXF plan and parts drawings.

Don’t hesitate to post any questions you might have and we’ll certainly try to get back to you quicker next time.

Best regards,

Ness

Hi Simon,

Stair looks ok but I have one question.

The landing step nr14. Is this just to simulate the floor level or is this an actual to build step? If not I suggest to add first a landing step to the stair of around 70mm and afterwards add a second landing step to shape the floor level for the balustrade.

regards

Michel

Good evening

Please can you create the dxf files for the attached , this is the first stair with your software  i hope i have got every thing right !

the step and risers should be penetrating the string and newels by 10mm and the tenons 30mm into the newels

the overall stairwell size should be 1800 wide x 1580 to the back of the top newel .

the flights should be 845 over the strings .

kind regards Simon willis
