As you have used StairDesigner 6 you’ll have to tweak a bit the left strings shapes to get a correct alignment of the joints.

If you use StairDesigner 7 for your next projects you can do this directly in StairDesigner. You’ll also find it easier to adjust the general parameters of the stair in v7.

Hi Guilik,

I would suggest that you make some modifications to you design.

– add a landing step

– reduce the number of steps to increase going

– reduce step and riser penetration to 15

– delete string penetration to post

– add posts

– adjust the winders to get a better flow and string shapes

– extend strings at start and end of stair 

I attach the stair with my suggested changes.
