Hi Bruno,
There are always two outlines on the stringers, which are for the inner and outer outlines. For the straight version, they are identical, but with winded steps, the riser part is at an angle to follow the step angle. So if you can’t handle the angle, you take one of the outlines that fit most and delete the second one.
About the step notches. You are using a cutstringer, so there are no notches like you would have on a regular stringboard. If you mean notches below the step to locate the cutstringer, then no, these are not available. Such steps are mostly attached with L- brackets welded on the inside, and the steps get screwed to it.
