Hi Silviu,

The only possibilities to enlarge the tread width are

removing the landing step. Stair ends 1 step below the floor level. This is extending the tread width to 252 ( landing step value 150 )

Next is removing 1 step. From 18 to 17 steps. This gives you a step height of 190.6 which is a normal height. 180 is not the max for a step

2 above points combined bring the tread width to 268.

Adding back the landing step brings it to 258.9

The last possibility to enlarge the tread width is a longer flight. So your first flight needs to extend to 2940 mm to reach 280 tread width including the landing step. Without landing step it needs to be around 2790.

This is all on the 17 steps version

an 18 step version means

flight length 3070 without landing step and 3230 with landing step.

These are the options you have. Your choice to make laugh according to the possibilities you have on site to apply some of these options.

regards

Michel

Thank you! I really appreciate that!
It fit perfectly!
However, I have the great request to help me, to make the steps with a wider width, not only the wooden part, but the part where the wood sits.
Now the size is 244 mm and I was looking at a 265 mm or more, until 280.
The height is ok 180 but I don't want more because I have the feeling that it is at the limit.
Please forgive me for bothering you with this ladder, but I want it to turn out super ok.

Thank you!2021-05-11_10-21-09.jpgImage Enlarger

Thanks for the files but it seems that I don't do very well in stairdesigner.
I attached a picture with the space where I am going to build the staircase.
The height of 3240 is the total, from the floor to above the ceiling.
The first staircase above, will be below the level of 3240, that is, if we make the rule from 180 mm to 3060 mm.
The height for the bottom is not yet defined but I want to build a staircase in the space between 260cm and 280 cm.
Between the 2 risers will be built a monolith of 1050 mmx 100mm. The steps will have a height of 60 mm.
Also, I want the steps to be as close as possible to the elevation of 0 degrees, to have as few inclined steps as possible.
I am interested in a drawing that contains only the steps and the countersteps, without other constructions.
Please help me design this ladder. Thank you!
