Hello Fatima.

Sorry but im slightly confused. Is that different than from the post proccessor pack we paid for ? since this is a issue thats part with the post proccesor and not training.

Hi Arngrímur

You have paid for a 2hours PostProcessor training pack which is a 1-2-1 session with our technical advisor to help you configure our software to work with your CNC which I believe has already been done. Any other questions after the training can be posted on the forum by premium members and we will be happy to asisst.

Best wishes

Aah alright. I will get to the subscription in about an hour. Should i then afterwards reopload this post to the technical support forum ?

Gooday.

Im new to stairdesigner and am still trying to figure out the export.

i’ve run a stringer on our CNC ( SCM accord 25 fx 5 axis ) where i’ve imported the scripted file from stairdesigner  into maestro. i had no problems running it, but when i do steps, our machine stops where the error message ” path cannot be followed ” appears. when i look at the workinging made for the profiling of the step, it matches the one on the stringer so there shouldnt be a problem. the tool that i use is a 20 mm flat bit. i’ve even used the function ”project check” in maestro to see if any error are in the project and it says no errors. i’ve asked a CNC technician in Danmark, who cant see any problems either.

is there anyone who can help me with this problem ?

I can send a Weshare link with the files if needed.
