I’m a fellow user, not a Stairdesigner expert, but I encounter a similar issue, perhaps not the same..

On certain stairs especially curved wall strings I have an issue with my Fanuc controller receiving some of the post processed files. It took a while but I realised that Stairdesigner uses really high value radii and adds aometimes 5 decimal places to the end of them on the edges of the string panels. The biggest I measured worked out at around a 3km radius! All I do is trim off the outside lines and redraw them manually with straight lines and fillets so I know that I only have radius values that my Fanuc controller can manage.

You could try that..
