We’ve got lots to tell you about this month, including our new partnership with Radecal Machines to offer you an affordable but very high quality CNC solution.
Plus new discounted training services and a great case study showing you how well Polyboard, OptiNest and CNC can work for your business.
Finally, more furniture designing resources…we’ll tell you how to slope the top of your furniture to fit into those awkward spaces, and show you 2 new models highlighting some very attractive design options for your own projects.
NEW all-in-one software and CNC solution for your business
Much too often we hear from business’s that have invested in CNC and software to go with it, but then struggled to get the two to work together properly.
That’s why we were so keen to get this partnership in place. Radecal CNCs come with VCarve as standard which integrates perfectly with Polyboard. And as far as support goes, there’s no chance you’ll fall between the two and not know where to turn.
We are currently offering a great deal on the CNC/software bundle, which equates to over 25% off the price of Polyboard Pro PP, with financing available and delivery throughout the UK and Europe.
£150 Training Discount – this week only!
We have a whole range of new Polyboard and StairDesigner training services available for you. If you’re using our software but don’t feel secure in some aspects of it, or just haven’t had the time to learn it fully, we can help.
Please check out the Polyboard library set up pack. Polyboard is a great tool, but if you’re not using the Quick Design libraries configured for your own workflow, you’re missing out on 90% of the power of the software, not too mention wasting a lot of time when you design and manufacture.
Check out the case study below for an example of a company that benefited.
We discount our training if you order within 1 month of buying the software.
But for this week only you can order all our training packs with this £150 discount.
Offer ends Friday!
How one business was able to design faster and cut production errors
A great article from Dean at Tees Tech Joinery who has combined Polyboard with OpiNest and their SCM machining centres to create a very well polished workflow.
Dean used our Polyboard library set up service and is now processing a large number of commercial and residential projects very efficiently.
Polyboard sloping top video
There are a few ways to add sloping tops to fit your unit neatly into those tricky locations. This video shows you two ways to do it.
Firstly by adjusting the properties of a side panel, then with the more powerful Multi-Slope Top feature. Please ask on the forum for more advice if you need to.
More Furniture Designing Resources…a contemporary living room model
Featuring the Inner Casing feature for the book shelves, and an alternative way to set up tables using sloping panels instead of bar materials.
The models highlighted today have both been added to the models folder which you’ll find inside the latest version of our Quick Design libraries.
Delta shelves model
A final model that incorporates free divisions. These can be added at just about any angle and rotation. How about sloping shelves for shoes?
Here we’ve used an alternative contemporary feel to the project visual, with a angled floor and modern colour combination. It all helps turn your prospective client into a firm order.
If you need any advice on using the features we’ve used to make these models, please ask on the forum.

More next time, including some new software features we’re very excited to tell you about.
