My anti virus software is blocking my software install. What do I do?

Some anti virus software, notably Norton, stops .exe files being downloaded so you cannot install our software.

Firstly, please make sure you have the latest update for your anti virus software.

If you are still experiencing problems, you can revise your anti virus settings to accept our files and the folder where our files are stored.

Or you can turn off your anti virus software temporarily during the install and download of our software.
