Premium Support

Long term personalised support when you need it

3 months free of charge, then at a 50% discount thereafter (price detailed on our Support Plans page). You can cancel at any time. Included with your first software or training order, whichever comes first.

Premium Support includes:

  • Expert advice on our exclusive technical forum
  • Set up sessions for applicable software orders
  • Screen sharing sessions if required (limited to 15 mins each), although we do ask you to post your question on the forum first
  • Custom videos and models created just for you
  • Access to all training resources including our Quick Design libraries
  • On demand hardware set up service
  • Reactivation service when you want to move your license
  • Furniture and stair cut list and plans processing service (CabinetFile and StairFile services)
