Richelieu is a specialist hardware manufacturer serving North America. We’ve configured their most popular drawer, lift and door systems for use with PolyBoard, our cabinet design to manufacturing software.
You can now include Richelieu fittings in your construction preferences and automatically apply them, along with all the associated machining details for manufacture.

Drawer systems
AXIAL drawer system
This stylish soft close drawer box system comes in white, silver and grey, with four heights and extra slim sides maximising storage space. Gallery rail option. Accommodates weights of 88 lbs / 40kg.
OTPIMIZ-R drawer system
Double wall drawer box system with slim sides with its own storage compartment system for garage as well as pantry and closet use, options for smoked glass inserts front and sides. Weights up to 100 lbs / 45kg.
Lift systems
aiR system – Atmos
The Atmos aiR hinge-free lift system offers 107° opening from above, with the system mounting available in white, anthracite and black. The soft close mechanism can be adjusted to the door weight. It can also be held at full or partially open positions.
Door systems
Hinges RCS322 (105°) and the RCS269 (95°) mini
Features include a simple clip on application and, as expected, a 3 way adjustment mechanism. The RCS322 is shown below.
Error free application of your Richelieu fittings
When designing in PolyBoard cabinet software, choose your preferred construction methods including hardware choice and all fittings will be applied automatically and 100% accurately.
Swap doors for drawers and all fittings will dynamically update with instant access to the cutting list, part by part plans including fitting locations, and CNC files complete with machining details.
