We have added a large range of Salice fittings to our PolyBoard cabinet software; here is an overview of the Salice lift, drawer and door systems that are now available.
These showcase Salice’s innovative approach to cabinet and wardrobe fittings that has seen it expand from its Italian base to a worldwide brand today.
Lift systems
WIND
The WIND soft closing lift system has been designed for single doors and features:
- Compact lifting system fitted to internal cabinet sides
- For door heights of 220-600 mm
- Can accommodate heavy doors up to 24 kg
- Multiple contemporary finishes for carrier covers
- Very modest visibility of system internals when open
EvoLift
Compact coil spring system, two strengths depending on door dimensions and weight.
In titanium and white, door heights 570-940 mm.
Drawer systems
Futura drawers
Self closing runners with a great fluid motion and good load capacity, up to 30 kg.
F70 drawers
Another drawer slider from Salice but this time very heavy duty, managing loads of up to 70 kg, hence the name.
Lineabox drawers
The Lineabox series refers to the drawers themselves rather than the sliders. Our new configurations include Lineabox drawers with both the Futura and F70 drawer runners.
What’s special about Lineabox? It’s an ultra thin product created with aluminium sides (9 mm), and optionally a metal cover for the wooden back.
Hinges
Silentia+
We have extended the range of Silentia+ hinges available within PolyBoard’s libraries.
Silentia+ hinges are designed for smaller light weight doors, and thicknesses up to 15-20 mm, and feature:
- Switch system to adjust closing strength
- Screw and flange cover caps
- Compatibility with Series 200 mounting plates
Air
Compact, small, practically invisible, fitted to the top and bottom of the cabinet.

PolyBoard’s hardware set up explained
As a reminder, hardware in PolyBoard is stocked in the Fittings library. In addition to the hardware itself, apply a rule to determine how and when to add any specific hardware.
That way, you don’t need to add hardware to each project, just confirm your construction preferences and the hardware will be added automatically.
Not only that, when you resize your project or add doors, drawers and shelves, hardware will be moved, added or removed instantly according to the rules you define.
Once your preferences are set, new projects are very quick to design, so you can get to accurate manufacturing in record time.
