PolyBoard is a true design to manufacturing solution, which ensures all drilling placements are applied error free to your plans and CNC files for hassle free production and assembly. Plus all parts are calculated instantly, no drawing required. That includes the complex interplay of parts, slack and drillings for Blum’s drawer systems.
Drawer and box systems, drawer runners
Blum’s drawers are their flagship products, professional workshops know they are getting a durable polished system that has been tested over and over again.
Let’s take a look at your options:
- LEGRABOX: highly popular system, elegant design, thin profiles
- MERIVOBOX: a focus on customisable layouts and materials
- TANDEMBOX: distinctive rectangular design, vertical runners
- METABOX: when simple is best, with limited component parts
- MOVENTO and TANDEM: concealed runner systems for wooden drawers
We’ve included configurations for drawer accessories too that you’ll need in certain circumstances.
Firstly, the wooden drawer regulator or adjuster (295.1000) to secure counterfrontages. And secondly, the drawer front stabilizer (Z96.10E1). This adds strength to drawers with particularly high facades, and prevents wide bases from sagging.
AVENTOS lift system and calculator
Accurate cabinet design and installation is vital for pull-up systems. That’s absolutely the case for the fittings themselves, and where Blum’s AVENTOS range comes into its own.
This solution allows for perfect alignment and consistently smooth operation over the long term with a huge variety of applications. Let’s take a look at the different AVENTOS options available and the defining features of each.
- AVENTOS HF: the perfect bi-fold solution for wall cabinets
- AVENTOS HK top: manages heavy fronts, minimal space required above cabinet
- AVENTOS HK-S: compact design perfect for small cabinets
- AVENTOS HK-XS: the small fitting size is ideal for shallow depth cabinets
- AVENTOS HKi: narrow design fits into cabinet side, either fully or partially
- AVENTOS HL: lifts fronts up in parallel to the cabinet instead of outwards
- AVENTOS HS top: swing up and over system even for large fronts
It can be a little tricky deciding on the right option so for a selection of AVENTOS options we’ve created our AVENTOS calculator to help determine the front weight and most appropriate fitting to use.

Hinges
Blum’s hinge offering covers virtually any application, either in nickel and onyx black.
A selection of the hinges PolyBoard supports includes:
- Standard and framed doors
- Blind corners
- Profile applications for thick doors
- Thin door setups
- Glass door applications
All the hinges in our libraries use Blum’s CLIP top screw-in technology. If you wish to use a hinge incorporating BLUMOTION technology, this will use the same drilling patterns.
There is a vast range of Blum hinges and variations. We do not list every single one in the libraries, otherwise it becomes very hard to search for what you need.
In fact, many of Blum’s hinges share the same configurations. So instead we’ve included samples of the range. If necessary, they are easy to adjust to fit the specific hinges you use. Please ask our technical team if you need assistance.
Accessories
We’re not finished yet. We’ve included configurations for Blum’s wall brackets and TIP-ON opening system too.
Both the screw-in (48N0510) and knock-in/dowel (48N0610) hanging brackets feature. These are adjustable in 3 dimensions, available in white, cream and brown, and support loads up to 130kg per pair.
The TIP-ON is a handle free opening system. Push and release to open, press shut to close.
