Hi Peter, I’m sorry but we’re not sure what the issue is. We’ve actually stopped selling progeCAD ourselves. I’ve found the Australian authorised dealers. This is their website:
I do know there has been definitely been a progeCAD version 2017 since you bought from us, and now they have 2018 available, so you should be able to upgrade and solve the problem that way.

I purchased Progecad 2016 off you back in April 2015
Up until now all has been great, but unfortunately the program has developed a few bad traits.
When I save a drawing the program shuts down and I loose all my work and just now it is shut down as I was measuring a line
I get a dialogue box on my screen saying there is a problem and do I want to report it, I have on at least 6 occasions.
I have checked to see if there is a patch but I am told I have the latest version
Not overly impressed
Any thoughts
