The Minifix cam hole position is determined by the dowel length and the standard positions are 34mm or 24mm from the edge.
In the standard Quick Design libraries the MiniFix hardware has a number that is the cam diameter, then a “p” number which is the panel thickness and the following number is the distance of the cam center from the board edge.
From your drawing the “pre-inserted nut” dowel hole diameter seems to be correct at 9mm.
The Quick Design elements are set for direct screwing of the dowel pins with 5mm.
You can change these easily to 9.

I started a project and I came to fittings. I learned a lot from your videos but I still have some grey zones.
I have understood that the cam/dowel knock down can be very good IF is well implemented. So, it is critical to determine the exact dimensions and positions of the holes in order to assure a proper functioning of the knock down system.
I tried to picture my thoughts and questions in the picture below. Hope it’s readable and self-describing enough.
