Sorry for the late reply but it seems that this thread got lost in our follow up system.
To fix this issu go to Tools>Precision click Other Value and set the precision to 1.0e-10:

Realise we are not going to get an answer after Xmas on this but it would be great if someone could repond to this, it is approaching 3 weeks.
We have had to manually nest these 2 projects, which we then missed some of the inner toolings so then also had to recut the 2 pieces these were accidently placed on. I have been checking for updates on Boole’s website but we are running the latest version of both Polyboard and Optinest.

We have just tried to nest a project and once nested some of the piece are over lapping, we are using Optinest 2.31K and Polyboard 7.05d. Looks like it is a new bug?
I have checked and all of the pieces are showing as being closed loops. File attached.
