Hi,
Not directly, you can use the same Materials library folder than Polyboard on Opticut
Go to Polyboard menu Tools >Folders> Preferences to see your current setting then copy Materials line
Now go to Opticut menu Tools >Folders> Preferences and past Materials line (with option Take no action)
