Hi Jeff, I'm just closing down this thread as Ness has told me your problem was solved in the TeamViewer session, including setting up the VCarve post processor.

Yes please. I didn't change any settings but something is definitely wrong as my export looks different for sure. My time is very flexible.

Hi Jeff,

I have exported the DXF file from you model and everything seems OK.

Here's screen capture of the top:

It's probable that your DXF export setup is not correct, would you like to so a short Team Viewer session to help ?

Side note, what is the reason for the extended lines in the bottom left corner of the DXF?

Please post the Polyboard and DXF files so that we can take a detailed look.

To post a file click "Upload Attachments" below, drag your files into the upload window and then click "start upload".

once the uploads completed click "submit reply"

Made a simple test... it is small on purpose. The Top DXF only has the back mortise and tenon...  the side ones  are not present.
