Hi Venugopal N. Sorry for the late reply.

The overall dimensions of your cabinet will stay the same when making these changes. Therefore, you will need to allow for this in your cabinets height in the properties window. Please see attached image.

Isaac

Hi Isaac,

When I do the way, you mentioned. The height of the side is not increasing. But the height of the cabinet is reducing. wink

That is still ok, I can adjust the size while creating the box.

Thank you.

Hi Venugopal N,

Here is a way to achieve this. If you select the side you would like to make longer, select the ‘bottom link’ in the properties and overpass by the desired amount. Please note that the total height in your dimensions needs to allow for this. Please refer to attached image.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Isaac

Hi Isaac,

While we make box cabinets for kitchens, for the first and last cabinets we will extend the sides by the height of the plinth. This way there won’t be any joint visible from the sides.

I made a small drawing and attached with this. Please check it and let me know if you need any more clarifications.

Thanks & Regards,

Venugopal N.

Hi Venugopal N,

I am just trying to understand exactly what you are needing, do you have an image of what you are trying to achieve?

Thanks,

Isaac

Hi,

While creating a "Box cabinet" I would like to have different heights for side1 and side2. Taller side will act as plinth on one side and PVC legs are attached below side2.
In the front a regular plinth will be added.

How can I achieve this?

Thanks & Regards

Venugopal N.
