As I said the best solution will be for us to help you set up correctly PolyBoard and VCarve and eventually OptiNest.

The video on this page will give you and idea of how the whole system works seamlessly with Polyboard output flowing into OptiNest and then into VCarve and then to machine.

You can use the nesting in VCarve but you’ll probably find that the stock management and label printing features of OptiNest will make life a lot easier.
