This will not delete the methods but will reset the sub methods of the drawers to the default drawers of the libraries
But I managed to find the problem!
When you open libraries on other PolyBoards with fewer item references, it deletes all the unlisted references
Check the number on your second computer
On my computer with only 5 references that erased all my drawers of over 450 sub-methods and sub-method links.
to avoid problems when you have several versions, make a backup on the first computer and restore on the others to have the same settings, then define the same folder for all!

Thanks for the reply. All the libraries are on onedrive so I can use in different locations. IN the zip file are all my methods still there as I don’t want to loose the mess I have made ?

Hi,
I have test your backup, but I don’t understand why,
I’ll talk to the development team to try to get more information. this is the first time I see this issue since I used PB (2008)
may be error during PolyBoard backup files…
Did you files are in local folder or Cloud like Onedrive or Gdrive?
(from the cloud, you can still restore files from the old version) or from backup.
I have attached as zip file, the full sub-methods files
Closed PolyBoard, then you can unzip and past and replace files for all standard drawers, into Polyboard-v7x/methods folder
but this request to restore the drawer submethods you made
from the cabinet, or the manufacturing methods using the duplicate option as I see you’ve already done.

Hi Alex
Zip file now trying to upload but gives this error “Parameters 2024-03-19.zip: Error 106 – Upload file size exceeds maximum allowed size” when I upload, a zipping the file makes very little difference to the size. The 2 files I was using now has the drawers in but I have uploaded also.
Not sure how we get the parameters sent

May by you have using old cabinet create before set at 8 drawers preferences and in this case un must update cabinet
menu Modify > Replace Panel Type

Hi Alex
I have 8 drawers in preferences defined from 270 to 600. All types of drawers even the default have only 4 drawers stopping now at 400. Now when I add the drawers back in they are copying again so I only have to change the depth. But its a bit odd that they all disappeared.
Backup file of parameters will not load onto website as it does not like the extension. Its also to big for email so do you know a way?

Hi Gents
For some reason all the draw models above 400mm in my library for all the drawers I have created in the past have disappeared. When I try to create them again and copy from the 400mm drawer nothing copies into the deeper drawers either. Any ideas what has happened here?
