Hi Marius,
Not sure but information I have pdf
“Circle and rectangle pockets
Are defined by a magenta circle or a polyline rectangle. The Z position and the center indicate the
position of the pocket or the cutout, the negative object height the depth. Pockets that are not
defined perpendicular to the top of the panel are inserted into the plane defined in the DXF.
Elements in blocks are not evaluated.
The second digit of the layer name sets the feed rate, the first digit (tens position) the milling
direction: without indication or 1 clockwise, 2 counterclockwise. This is followed by the tool ID
TT$x$, separated by underscore. A trailing C for Cut, separated by underscore, defines the element
as a cutout. Without C, the element is interpreted as a pocket. For rectangle pockets / cutouts, an
adjusted Rxx (separated by an underline) in the layer name determines the corner rounding radius.
For radii without decimal places the point and the zero can be omitted.”
Example.: 20_TT$7$_C_R20.5
Knowing this, I would try to make a pocket with the setting below
I have joined DXF with this setting, can you try to load it into Hops, (without ON)
then into CNC
If it work that can be a good solution for groove too
Cheers, Alex

Hi Alex,
I am trying to make a profile on this door (as you see in the picture) with inner tooling and I don’t have an option to set up tooling. Or maybe I didn’t see where I can add that to this door. Please, if you have any pointers on how to do so, let me know because I have an urgency with a client. I really appreciate your time.
Thank you so much,
Marius
