Can you Update your graphique card drive ?

Did your windows are update ?

It works here, Win 10 and 11

Hi,

So I tried to update, but it only shows the furniture in the PDF one times out of five.frown

Do you have another suggestion to solve this or a work around? It would be very nice to be able to send different views of the furniture to our customers.

Can you update or re-install Polyboard,

most of the time, it solves the DirectX component bugs

Hi,

Can you please have a look on attached files to see why the furniture isn’t showing in the PDF?

Suddenly I got it to show in one PDF, and then I zoom inn and then the next PDF I save in preview mode is all white and empty?
