Hi Zaheer,

This will not be possible directly from PolyBoard. We can add a visual, but this will not be usable for machining. You need, in fact, an extra tooling line on the top side of the door to call your special tool and do the passes you need, probably using a macro to generate 2 passes on the same line using different positions. 

I suppose you currently add this tooling manually via the CNC cam software and add the tool to it.

There are possibilities to do so, but they will not be possible to machine via CNC and remain purely visual. Can you provide an example of the shape? Is it something you will groove in the door or an accessory in that shape that will be added on top?
