For this you need to add them as 3D accessories and create each length,

It requires some CAD skills to reproduce the profile.

here’s just one of the solutions I think is most accessible to a large number of people, but there are many more detailed on this link.

Since my English is limited, I’ll explain it in writing and attach a video.

You’ll find attached CAD of this handle into DXF joined Polyligne

1* Reproduce the profile in CAD

2* Import into PolyBoard closed curve librarie (handle.dxf)

3* Create cabinet with sub-Methods 3D Accessories, ( or with all nil panels),

Add Upright, the thickness of this upright provided length of your profile handle, I recommande to create one material per length like zz-profil 0597, (for 597mm length)

add “inner tooling” , with the profil shape

Set the reste as Nil, panel and export to DXF3D 

4* Import this 3D DXF to 3D accessories 

5* Create Single panel fittings

6* Add on your doors

Profile handle 597.xlm can be add to your libraries
