Hi Josh,

Here is a reply from the developers confirming an issue

We analyzed the Customer’s cabinet, and we do confirm that the unboxing
has an unwanted effect, but only on the lower drawer.

We have fixed this bug in our internal source files, and the final fixing will be
available in the next release, after the holiday period.

After the fixing: the lower drawer starts 15 mm below, but the upper drawers are unchanged and the slider positions
are as defined by the settings.

Therefore if your Customer has an issue with the upper drawer sliders, then
he should review his settings (synchronizing zones and rules references, etc.).

regards

Hi Josh,

The issue could be originating from the unboxing feature. I have informed the developers and wait for their reply

Hi Josh,

Sorry for the late reply.

You are using the tandembox slider so it could be that there was a box reference error. Can you check if this one is now correct?

Hi Michael, the holes for the runners on the top three drawers are 15mm to low when I make all the draws the same size.

Hi Josh,

I do not see any problem with this model. Is this a corrected one? If so please send me the original one with the problem

Hi Michel,

Thanks for this. I have another problem with the drawers. the position of the first draw is correct but the three drawers above where 15mm to low. I’ll attach the file for this. I also had a similar problem when I fitted the previous job with the built in drawers which is the file I sent you last time.

I’m also having problems with the axis speed when routing on my vitap cnc. I changed it on the tpa post processor but the machine does not read it but does read it when sawing. Also is there a way to change the entry speed?

many thanks,

Josh

Hi Josh,

you have to change your fitting link rule for the drawers

begin reference needs to point to zone inside instead of overpassing. This will patch the holes for all drawers

Hi Michel,

Have you had a chance to look at this?

Thanks,

Josh
