Hi Jeff,

You method for doing this looks fine.

Another way would simply be to create separate dxf files for each cutout.

Are you using inner tooling or standard hardware fittings links?

I think I figured it out. I removed the extra lines on either end, subtracted the length of the tooling from the length of the shelf, dived by two, and used those as the begin and end offsets for the lengthnew.jpgImage Enlarger

. Let me know if there is a more graceful way to do that.

I created an edge tooling and applied it to some shelves. I am using the vcarve post processing. The generated file has the correct dimensions for the shelf but the tooling is way off. I assume that it is scaling it to “fit”. How do I keep it from doing this?
