Hi again,
taking into account the work currently being finalized by the development team, the lead time should be around 3 to 4 weeks.

Hi,
For reasons of software maintenance, improvements requested and paid for by other users, as well as bug fixes, are also made available to you during updates. It is therefore not possible to keep the exclusivity of an improvement for you in the opposite direction.
this change is not planned at the moment.
I’ll get back to you shortly to let you know how long it will take.
Cheers, Alex

Hi Michel,
Many thanks for coming back to me with a solution. Would a bespoke development result in this feature only being available to ourselves or is this something that would go out to all users? Is this something that would/ could get included in a future software update? If so would you be able to give an indication of timescales?
Kind regards
Tom

Hi Tom,
I got a reply from the developers. After evaluation, it is possible to have this added to the current software version, but it has to be handled as a bespoke development. The net cost to install this feature has been kept to a minimum and calculated at a price of 450 euro net. If you have any interest in this, please let us know so that we can send you the quote for it and give the go to the developers for this.
Regards
Michel

Hi,
Sorry to reply so late, I had already made a similar request, some time ago to the development team and it was alas not so simple to implement.
I’ll soon make another request to the development team to see if things have improved.
Cheers, Alexandre

Hello,
Please can I ask the developers to allow individual values to be applied to oversizing? Many of our panels only require oversizing on either the height or the width. As it stands we have to go through each part to apply the relevant value. Having this available within the sub method would not only save considerable time but also reduce operator errors.
This small modification would make a massive improvement for us.
Kind regards
Tom
