Please see attached picture regarding SCM PP

Better with radial lead-in

Multiplicator “Factor” is your milling tool diameters by this number

You should adjust si value according to your constraints

(screenshot from SCM Xilog, I don’t have Maestro on my computer, and not sure this lead-in option working with Maestro)

Cheers, Alex

Hi Alex, These are the options that are set but what I am seeing is not exactly the same as what you sent.  Let me know if this is correct.  Thanks

Hi,

Can you upload You cabinet to check you cabineo fitting?

Which PP are you using?

Then in PP setting shape using inner tooling, can you make sure that you are centred?

Depending on the PP used, it is also possible to define an additional input segment.

Regards, Alex

Good morning.  The tooling set up on the 3D cabineo need to be looked at as to do the rebate for the cap then the tool starts outside the cabineo slot in the piece but only on one side.  Can you let me know a solution to stop this happening?  I have disabled lead in the output settings and that does not change it.  Thanks
