Hi,

All errors about loading methods (libs) or show a message unexpected file formats (cabinet files) is the result of using a different version.

The current version we are using can open old files, the old versions cannot open files of the latest version.

The only time I have seen corrupted files is when the user is using a cloud drive (Dropbox) and running Polyboard before all files sync.

Hi When i click on log in it comes up with with error as follows         an unexpected error occurred upon loading Methods.

This has happened when about to start a job , can some one help please  R Coxhead
