Hi Lee,
The panel description field is only use to display additional information.
This is useful if you are using a generic material so you can qualify it by adding a specific panel reference or manufacturer etc.
Otherwise you can usually leave this field empty, especially as it doesn’t show up in cutting lists and can only be seen in the Panels library dialogue box.

Sorry. I using translator and don’t understand your problem, but …
If the question is the column can remain empty,
my repply is yes. It only serves to give information, I dont use it

Hi Lee, the easiest way to take screen shots is with a free capture tool like Jing. Later versions of Windows also come with the Snipping Tool which is very quick to use. All the best, Stefan

Hi, I have finished modelling my design and am looking to change / update the panel materials and edging. I have look at the online tutorial and my set-up isn’t performing quite the same way. I have noticed that when I go to “edit panel materials” the description column is empty! Any advice?
