The différence It if you used Panel Or Outline layer,
But Net Dim. is well without edge 😉

im afraid that didnt seem to do anything i changed it from overall to net and sent it vcarve and the panel has stayed the same size

Hi,
Yes, From Post-Pro Option,
We recommend duplicating your Post-Pro first 
reminder,
Net Dimensions = Panel – Edge thickness + Over-Size
Overall Dimensions = finished panel size.
If you do not want the net dimensions to be deducted from the edge thickness, you must set the edge thickness to 0 mm in the edge material libraries.

hi i have a problem when i try using the over size option when i get it over to vcarve it doesnt over size the part i need to do this when making fillers for wardrobes im guessing there is a setting that need changing ?
