Hi Alex,

yes, we are currently working on a version 5.14g we bought over 10 years. if we go and download and up grade to a higher versions like 7.10k would i be still able to obtain a activation key?

contacted already the “Support” section, awaiting for reply

I don’t have access to all your customer information, but it seems that you bought PB V 5 almost 10 years ago, and this version can no longer be reactivated.

appreciate much the reply, i have downloaded Polyboard 7.10k, now im ‘tryin requesting a key activation number thru email based on the instruction give when i installed polyboard 7.10k, but i always get this alert message. request email wont get through =(alert-message.JPGImage Enlarger

To be highlighted, that said Cutting list option is synchronized with PP from the Cutting list Option.

But before all! And looking at your screenshot, your PolyBoard is in demo mode, and if you don’t have the PRO PP version, you can’t export

Hi 
 
Since we re-install the Polyboard 5.14g we’re having issues exporting to Optinest 2.32i. the Post Processor option is not higlighted as as well the Optinest Vcarved option . as show here on the attached images. Would appreciate a discussion with technical to resolve. we may have missed a step/s here for it to work =)
we tried Re-restarting the computer and exporting a different file (One a project, one a cabinet) and they have had the same outcome.
can anyone help step by step =)
