Hi,

I’m committed to following this carefully, so for the moment, I’m waiting for your feedback from Biesse because even if I have some knowledge of competing brands such as SCM, Felder, and Vitap. I have no idea about the procedure for adding macros in BiesseWorks.

Some software needs to beclosed, then added into sub-folders of the application called Macro or MCR, and need a simple software restart to load them.
Other software is required to load macro files in their database.

I can then offer some time to help you install and look at how this macro works in BiesseWorks,

If I manage to find a workable track for the final configuration in PolyBoard, it will require the purchase of a 2-hour PP pack.

Cheers, Alex

Hi there,

I have received the videos and they confirm that PolyBoard does output the Macro instruction,

And if I understand correctly, the macro is not recognised in Biesse Work, (because it is not correctly installed? or not compatible?).

As I said earlier, before testing with PolyBoard, you need to install the macro in Biesse Work,

and manage to run it manually directly from Biesse Work, to see that it was well recognised,

and only if the macro works manually, will it be possible to make it work with PolyBoard.

– Does the workstation with PolyBoard also have a version of BiesseWork installed in parallel?

– Is your CNC connected directly to the internet to take a look via TeamViewer?

Hello Dear Alex .

I have install your new update of polyboard , and same problem .

I did everything’s right in polyboard , and export as CIX , you have open the lift side file and have the drilling information and has no problem , but when open the top or bottom that has the micro information do not recognize it in Biesse Work .

also I have send you screen recording of what i did by email .

Thanks

Hi,

I did a test in the CIX and the addition went well,

But before you need to make it work from BiesseWork before try any export,

I’ll send you more information by email

Cheers, Alex

Hi,

Yes,

The first point is to install the Macro in your software,

The second point is to define the Macro folder of Biesse Work into PolyBoard

Bs-macro-3.pngImage Enlarger

Now the variables should be available, and BEFORE any test, you need to learn how to use this macro…

bs-macro-4.pngImage Enlarger

the first information in auto fields

POSX by polyboard with “%X%” instated of “30”
POSY With “%Y%” instead of “9.5”
SIDE with “%SIDE%”

in some case %X% and %Y% must be inverted,

It looks like the macro should be oriented with “AA” AND “BB”
and in the function of direction, Horizontal or Vertical, you need to create 2 links with different settings

Have good luck, Alex

Hi,

My initial analysis suggests that it would be simpler to use the Macros provided by Intelligent Fixings.

https://www.intelligentfixings…..d-software

Then After install the macro in your Bsolid or Biesse Work software, call them by PolyBoard
