there is not a better solution,

Bit this will do all the parts. The reference for crucial parts needs to be the frontage still..

Dear all!

i am wondering if there is a solution to my problem.

for example I have pb set up that cabinet side front edges, bottoms front edge (because of grooving only in x-axis) and doors are aligned on the hinge side.

but sometimes the backs are wide and if the grain direction is wrong I have to set up pieces 300(x) 1100(y) on the CnC, that is jut not optimal. Are there any other configuration rules.

eg cabinet sides doors drawers aligned like this and everything else longest side on x axis?
