This won’t be possible, because as you can see from your screenshot 

just on these few lines there would be conflicts and you would then have missing parts

Is there a setting to not include the numbers at the end of a set of DXF exports? (As shown in the green below)

It is getting especially confusing when looking at the stickers that Alphacam is producing. I think it is Alphacam adding the pink coloured numbers that I am also going to look at removing.
